What’s new for the upcoming 2018 Nissan Pathfinder?

May 9th, 2017 by

The rumors are true. The upcoming Nissan Pathfinder will be better than ever, thanks to a thorough redesign for the 2018 model year.

Among its improvements are stiffer shocks and new springs to reduce body roll and improve ride quality. A new steering rack makes for timely feedback as well. The 2017 Pathfinder receives an exterior refresh with a more subtle V-Motion design featuring a honeycomb mesh front grille, smaller headlights, and an overall sportier appearance.

Even the base 2018 Pathfinder will come with a new color eight-inch touchscreen. Newly available driver assistance technologies add peace of mind. And it’s all motivated by your choice of a new 3.5-liter naturally aspirated V6 or a direct-injected V6.

There’s nothing very official about the upcoming Pathfinder yet, otherwise we’d include a video of it below. Instead, enjoy the footage of the current-reigning 2017 Pathfinder below, which you can test drive now here at Balise Nissan of Warwick. The 2018 Pathfinder is slated to hit dealerships like ours this fall.
