2020 Nissan Pathfinder for Sale in Warwick, RI
Nissan’s spacious and capable 2020 Pathfinder works well for all kinds of drivers because it can seat up to seven passengers, plus it accommodates a lot of cargo and boasts exceptional towing numbers for its segment. While not a whole lot has changed since last year, this latest model retains the same reliable and robust nature that has made this SUV popular for more than 30 years. If you’re keen on learning more about the 2020 Nissan Pathfinder, you’ll find all you need to know below.
The 2020 Nissan Pathfinder is a three-row SUV available in four trim levels: S, SV, SL, and Platinum. Each is powered by a 284 horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine working with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). While front-wheel drive is standard across the trim lineup, four-wheel drive is optional. A properly equipped Pathfinder is capable of towing up to 6,000 pounds (this capacity may be less, depending on the vehicle’s drivetrain and how much passenger and cargo weight it’s carrying inside).
Comfort and Convenience
The base S receives roof rails, power side mirrors with integrated LED turn-signal indicators, push-button start, remote keyless entry, a rearview camera, tri-zone automatic climate control, a second-row 60/40 split fold-flat bench seat, and a third-row 50/50 split fold-flat reclining bench seat. The SV enhances the features list with automatic headlights, fog lights, Nissan Intelligent Key, remote engine start, a HomeLink universal transceiver, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter. The SL gets a motion-activated liftgate, heated exterior mirrors, memory functions for the driver’s seat and side mirrors, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, first- and second-row heated leather seats, leather door trim, and a heated steering wheel.
At the top of the trim ladder, the Platinum is stacked with amenities like a panoramic sunroof, a power tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel with memory, perforated first- and second-row leather seats, and heated and cooled front seats. Special Rock Creek Edition trims are available for the SV and SL. This appearance and offroad-oriented package blacks out the exterior elements and adds trim-specific badging, a trailer tow hitch and wiring harness, high-contrast stitching, and simulated-leather seats with cloth inserts. Options for the SV Rock Creek Edition include a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, and heated side mirrors, and, for the SL Rock Creek Edition, a panoramic sunroof.
Safety and Technology
The Nissan Safety Shield 360 driver-assist features on the S trim include automatic emergency braking and a rear sonar system. The SV, including the Rock Creek version, provide blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, and intelligent cruise control, while the SL, its Rock Creek Edition, and the Platinum all get an intelligent around-view monitor.
The S and SV begin with an 8-inch Drive Assist touchscreen, satellite and HD radio, Bluetooth hands-free and audio streaming, a six-speaker audio system, an auxiliary audio input jack, and six USB ports. The SL comes with integrated navigation (optional with the SV Rock Creek Edition), and the Platinum receives a premium 13-speaker Bose audio system (optional with the SL Rock Creek Edition). A rear-seat entertainment system with dual 8-inch monitors is available for the Platinum.
