Balise Nissan of Warwick

I recently purchased a used Nissan Murano from Balise Nissan and need to share about what a pleasant experience I had. I met salesman, David Grande, in the parking lot in the pouring rain while looking at the cars on the lot. He was pleasant, friendly and very laid back. I feel that he went above and beyond through the entire process of purchasing this vehicle, for example staying late to fit my work schedule, giving his own jacket to my son who was cold, and moving all of my belongings from my old car to my new car for me again in the rain while I was doing paperwork. I never felt pressured in any way and was very comfortable with him. As a whole, the experience of purchasing a vehicle at Balise Nissan went smoothly and pleasantly. Like many people I find buying a car a mix of fun offset by salespeople playing the same tired games. I was interested in a Murano and when greeted by Carvol I had all of my usual defense mechanisms engaged. I took me about thirty seconds to realize that Carvol was different - professional, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all of Nissan's models. Those same traits were amplified during two test drives of different models. At the end of that visit he quoted me a price that was the lowest I'd received, and in fact was the price I agreed to pay. Every aspect of the transaction was seamlessly handled by Carvol and Diane (finance) - thanks! I would just like to say, your staff at your nissan dealership were excellent to me. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted; a low mileage, well maintained Altima 2.5s. Kyle lined up three different options for me, We found one that was well priced and extremely low mileage. He was up front with me and completely honest. There is a noticeable scratch on the car and the sales manager told me that part of the deal in getting that car would be to get it fixed free of charge as it is a scratch that would require two days in the body shop. He also garaunteed a loaner for me so I would not be without a car. That kind of service is great in my books. The attention to detail and excellent customer service was the main reason I bought my second car from Balise. I bought my first truck from your toyota dealership. I am writing to tell you how spectacular I think your sales team is...beyond my expectations. Mike, your manager, is the epitome of customer service. I approached Mike, needing to use your facilities,assuring him we were in the market for a Rogue. I had a great experience at Balise Nissan. I had been shopping around for about a month, when a friend had told me about a commercial that Balise had been running about a year end clearance event. So I stopped in. I had an 08 Altima I was looking to trade in early and wanted to be right around the same monthly payment but wanted to get into the 2011 Rogue. Before I knew it Corval had reached my target payment and I was driving off the lot in my new Nissan Rogue. I recently went there to pick up my registration, and Corval asked me how I liked my car. I told him I loved even if it was a little dirty because of all the snow we just received. He went above and beyond his call of duty and offered to wash off the car. We live in Westminster, Maryland and had narrowed our search down to a 2008 Nissan Armada, LE(during early 2010)...I was searching the internet non stop to find the exact color, etc...I was willing to fly in and drive the SUV back home...we initially put money down on one in New Jersey, DON'T ever buy/look at a vehicle from New Jersey; they sold it to someone else the day before we were supposed to pick it up and did not tell us...I was extremely upset and weary of the internet after that....After looking at one locally~that they would NOT certify, I found the perfect Armada online at Balise Nissan...priced way better than anyone else, considering mileage and it was certified! I was a little hesitant but called anyways....Chris gave me all of the information regarding the vehicle, he even had to walk out to find out a few things that were not listed, in the COLD...I told him what happened to us before, he was very understanding and guaranteed he would not sell it to anyone else....I would fly in to pick up the vehicle and we set it all up (and it was not immediate, I spoke to him on a Wednesday and could not fly out that weekend, so it was the next Friday)...Chris picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership...the SUV was exactly as described, even with a few surprise extras (the headphones were in the vehicle, vehicle dvd, etc...)...they had all the financial paperwork ready (in the % that we had wanted for financing)...Chris set up my bluetooth and already had my home set in the gps...Chris and the rest of the dealership were fantastic and when my son is ready to buy his car I will definitely check out their inventory...I would without hesitation tell everyone/everywhere that Chris Jutras and Balise Nissan should be your number 1 choice to buy a vehicle. --dealerrater.com reviewer savagehohman

Balise is the best Auto Dealer in RI because of the dedication of each and everyone of your employees especially Chris in Nissan Service. I took my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder which was 1000 miles over the extended warranty in for a oil change and a issue with the transmission. After the tech and I took a ride it was determined that I needed a new transmission and a new radiator. This was due to the radiator lines braking in the transmission and leaking coolant in the transmission. Chris informed me the price and I explained that I couldn't afford to have it repaired at this time. Chris suggested to call Nissan USA and explain to them what was going on and see if they would help in anyway. I was then assigned a Case Mrg and he said he'll call my service rep at the dealership. Chris explained to the Case Mrg all of the work I've had done at your shop even oil changes. It was a an hr after my Case Mrg got of the phone with Chris that I was informed that Nissan USA would be taking care of the work need to my truck. I want to say how thankful I am to your dealership and Chris for taking them time to help me. I will never forget what your dealership did for me and my family. When I need a new truck or when it's time for my wife to get a new car we will be buying it from Balise and of course I'll continue to have my Pathfinder serviced at Balise. Jose Tevarus is the best sales person that I have ever spoken to. He is detail oriented, very knowledgeable about the car and does not give half baked information. My lease on my Murano SL was above my expectation. I have been through so many Bait and Switch sales people this past month. It was a great experience working with Steven and Carol at the Nissan in Warwick RI. Steve I think went above the rest of the Nissan dealers and confirmed our deal VIA email before I even arrived. I requested a verification not because of Steven and being a man of his word. But because my husband and I had been shopping for a month and even traveled to Inskip Nissan in Warwick RI only to endure another bait and switch sales tactic again.
